"What can I do to fully boil lasagna noodles? They always comes out of the pot cooked unevenly!"

Chances are, you need to use a larger pot with more (vigorously boiling) water. The noodles need to be able to tumble around freely in the pot in order to cook evenly. When crowded, they tend to stick together or stay in one position which causes them to cook unevenly.
