So, what exactly is candy corn? It sure as heck isn't corn; I'll tell you that much. According to the all-knowing free encyclopedia (Wikipedia, that is), candy corn is made from "sugar, corn syrup, confectioners wax, artificial coloring and binders," which is code for it's just sugar with some fun colors added. I personally don't care for the kernel-shaped confection, but apparently a lot of you do. You love it enough that 25 million pounds of the stuff is sold annually, according to the National Confectioners Association.
