Chocolate Fudge Pie
The suggested garnish for this pie is a sprinkling of cocoa, but it's best to leave it off for the sale as it may either be absorbed into the topping or discolor it slightly after it sits out on your display table. Keep all chilled pies in a refrigerator until right before the sale begins.
