Orange, Arugula, and Kalamata Olive SaladThe peppery bite of arugula is rounded out by complimentary sweet and salty flavors of fennel, oranges, and olives in this colorful dinner salad. Use it as a side dish or add grilled chicken or steak to make it a main course.
