Pressed Cuban Sandwiches
Baked pork loin roast is a great base for many sandwiches, including this Cuban favorite. Spread mustard on Cuban bread and
fill loaves with sliced pork loin, baked ham, provolone cheese, and dill pickle chips. Coat the outsides with butter and cook
on a skillet or panini press until the sandwich is flat and the cheese is melted.
