Pork Paprikash

In this Hungarian pasta dish, cubes of pork tenderloin are dredged in flour and browned in bacon fat until the juices are sealed in each piece. Paprika, a Hungarian staple, infused the sauce with it signature deep orange color and medium heat. Add chicken broth and sour cream and serve over egg noodles.
