This dish comes from our friends at Tabla Mediterranean Bistro in Portland, Oregon. Fresh pasta dough wrapped around a creamy ricotta and chard filling would be tasty enough, but this recipe goes a step further by adding an egg yolk to the filling. It's elegant and satisfying all at the same time.
