Are you looking for a super easy and fast weeknight dinner? Because I've got the perfect meal for you!

This Sausage-Spinach Rice Bowl can be made in just 10 minutes, and it's also a really balanced dish. The recipe starts by cooking spicy sausage and garlic, but you can use regular sausage if you aren't really into spicy foods. Using regular sausage makes this meal a little more kid-friendly as well.

Then you add in a vegetable, like spinach, which is cooked until just wilted. Next you'll add in some brown rice to get those whole grains. Using pre-cooked rice, such as Uncle Ben's, is what really cuts down the cook time on this recipe. All you have to do is cook until all the ingredients are nice and warm, and then dinner is ready to be served!

All of the ingredients cook in one pan, so you don't have to dirty extra pots. Less dishes and quick, healthy meals can make your busy weeknights so much more enjoyable!
