To find your Christmas spirit, create a Dr. Seuss-inspired Grinch Gingerbread House! Be sure to get the kiddos involved with this one. It's a really fun project they'll love and be super proud of their accomplishment afterwards. The key here is to use your imagination and also have fun with candies you love! Trust me, you will be tempted to steal a few sweet, sugary treats and chocolatey bites from the Grinch's cookie cottage. A special thanks to Koalipops for this grouchy gingerbread house that will make just about anyone's heart grow three sizes larger!

Instead of breaking this process into three days, build your gingerbread house on a jelly roll pan, lined with parchment paper. To set icing quickly, you can use the refrigerator or freezer. If you decide to move your house to the fridge using this method, use extreme caution - it is very fragile! Once it's fully assembled, remove the house from your baking pan before you decorate it to prevent an "oops" moment with your decorations.

Don't forget to download the stencil for the Grinch's scheming smirk here. It's free! You didn't think we were going to make you free-hand it, did you?
