Roasted Garlic Aioli

Aioli is a garlic–flavored mayonnaise often used as an accompaniment for meats and vegetables. Here, you make your own mayonnaise with olive oil and eggs and stir in roasted garlic and marinated artichoke hearts. Serve it as a creamy dip for fresh raw veggies.
