Soy Meals for Supper

French bread pizzas are ideal for an easy weeknight meal, especially when the topping ingredients are items you probably already have on hand. You can adapt this recipe for the meat lovers by topping half of the bread slices with the meatless sausage called for in the recipe and the other half with regular sausage.
