Roasted Garlic, Sun-Dried Tomato, and White Bean Dip

White beans are an excellent source of two essential minerals, folate and iron, as well as fiber, which helps keep you feeling full longer. Pair the dip with veggies for a low-calorie treat, try it as a tasty bruschetta topping, or use it in place of mayonnaise on a turkey sandwich.
