Crudités with White Bean Hummus

Dress up those veggies with this lightened version of hummus that is lower in fat and calories than many traditional recipes. One key ingredient, olive oil , is a monounsaturated fat that studies have shown offers protection against heart disease by controlling LDL ("bad") cholesterol levels while raising HDL ("good") cholesterol levels.
