Fried Green Tomatoes

Serve a Southern favorite that works as an appetizer, side dish, or even a main ingredient of a dressed up BLT. Cut firm, green tomatoes into thick slices, batter, and fry for two minutes on each side. Flip carefully to ensure you keep the flaky golden coating on the slices.
