4-Ingredient Chorizo and Egg Breakfast Tacos
2 large eggs
¼ pound fresh chorizo
2 corn tortillas
2 tablespoons crumbled cotija
How to Make It
Cook the chorizo. Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Add chorizo and sauté until cooked through. Remove and reserve.
