Cinnamon-Raisin Bread Pudding

Bread pudding is to dessert what French toast is to breakfast: A delicious concoction that starts with bread soaked in eggs, milk, cream, butter, and sugar. This dish gets even richer flavor by calling for cinnamon-raisin bread instead of white, and features cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and chopped pecans as well.
